Q: How many conferences do you hold each year? A: We hold 10–12 conferences each year.
Q: Are your conferences similar to others in the industry? A: No. Our model allows us to operate in a space of our own, offering direct access to decision-makers, including state-appointed Directors, Commissioners, Secretaries, Deputy Directors, and Probation and Parole Chiefs.
Q: Do you hold large exhibit hall displays at your conferences? A: No. This is one of the key factors that separates CLA from other corporate partner programs. Our exclusive membership allows partners to have one-on-one, direct access to decision-makers rather than sitting at a booth hoping for engagement. However, we do host a technology display once per year in conjunction with one of our conferences, with attendance limited to decision-makers only.
Q: How many conferences can I attend as a corporate partner? A: Depending on your partnership level, you may attend all conferences.
Q: How many representatives from a company can attend a conference? A: Based on the partnership level, up to two representatives may attend each conference and participate in all events.
Q: Can I attend a conference before committing to the corporate partnership program with CLA? A: Yes, absolutely. We welcome any company interested in joining our program to attend a conference and experience firsthand the exclusive access our partners receive.
Q: Can we speak or conduct a demonstration at your conferences? A: Due to the exclusive nature of our program and the level of access corporate partners already have through full participation in conference events, we do not allow formal speaking engagements or demonstrations.
Q: Can we schedule meetings with your members at your conferences? A: Yes, but only after official conference programming has concluded for the day. For example, you may schedule a dinner meeting after the evening reception.
