New Directors Training
December 7–8 (Travel Days: 7 & 11)

Focused exclusively on DOC directors, commissioners, and secretaries who are new to their role (within one year) or have not yet attended this training.

Designed to provide first-year insights, peer connections, and leadership support.

CLA Associates are invited to participate.

Please note: Corporate partners do not attend New Directors Training sessions but they may attend the receptions and meals.
All Directors Symposium

Gathers DOC leaders from across the country to discuss nationally relevant issues, innovations, and challenges.

Offers meaningful opportunities for professional development, networking, and partnership engagement.

Features the Clements, Francke, and Wainwright Awards Ceremony honoring two sitting directors and one associate.

Gold Partners and CLA Associates may attend all open meetings, meals, and receptions.

The Awards Dinner is reserved exclusively for CLA Associates and DOC staff.

Registration
To register for the events, click here! Please register by November 7th, 2026.
CLA Partners: Any registrations after November 7th will incur a $75 late fee. Any onsite registrations will incur a $100 fee.
Attire
The attire is business casual for the meetings and business for the awards ceremony.
Airport
We recommend flying into the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS).
Event App
We will have an event app that includes the schedule, session descriptions, attendee list, hotel map, and much more.
