Event Information

Registration is now open for the 2026 Midwest Region Meeting! This year's meeting is hosted by the Secretary Jared Hoy (WI) and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections on behalf of the CLA Midwest Region Chair, Secretary Jeff Zmuda (KS)! 

Join colleagues from across the region for a great opportunity to network, learn, and connect at the Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells, WI, from May 27–30.

Company Representatives 

As a reminder, for 2026 regional meetings:

  • Gold Partners: Limited to two (2) company representatives
  • Silver Partners: Limited to two (2) company representatives
  • Bronze Partners: Limited to one (1) regional meeting per year, which includes one (1) company representative

Partner representative registrations are non-transferable.

“Tag teaming” or rotating attendees is not permitted. Each registered representative must be the individual who attends the meeting.

CLA Associates (former DOC Directors)

Associates may attend all regional meetings for $500 per meeting. This registration provides full access to open sessions and scheduled meals.

Registration 

All attendees must register by April 30, 2026. 

Airport and Travel Information 

We recommend flying into the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) in Madison, WI. The 27th and 30th are travel days.
